A young woman from Syria sets out on her academic journey at UCLA. As this enigmatic and ambitious Poli-Sci undergrad's budding friendships start to threaten her academic pursuits, career aspirations, and even her livelihood, Fadia Qudsi's greater battle against the scourges of white supremacy, the ruling classes, and American empire begins.
Long time friends Baldwin Carnegie and Adolfo Cardenas find themselves in a financial, and mental, and social deadlock. Together, they set off to earn some extra cash in the hopes of solving some of their problems.

Grounds is Henry Todd’s second novel written as H.T. Marebridge. He began writing when he got actively involved in theater in 1999. He worked with The Actor's Workshop of Sacramento, Sacramento Theater Company, Univ. CA Davis Theater and Playhouse West. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinema; his thesis It's in the Streets is now a web-series available on this site. Other writing achievements include a complete serial Burdensome Subjects or Young Progressives and a short story, Boonies (or Barbs), that was recently published. He’s writing more short stories. He collaborated with Katrina Yashar on the pilot pitch Lana Golan as writer and creator.

Katrina Yashar has been immersed in the arts since a young age, beginning with her training at the Circassian Benevolent Association in Jordan, where she practiced Circassian ballet for five years. After graduating from The University of Jordan, she traveled abroad to study film and acting at Beijing Film Academy, and Columbia College, where she was part of the school theater, working in intensive scene study and workshops. She advanced from both universities with multiple degrees in art. After graduating, she went on to direct and star in the feature film Lana Golan which can be streamed on Amazon. She's continuously advancing her theatrical training through intensive scene study. Territories by Betty Shamieh was Katrina Yashar's professional theatrical debut. She is now focused on creating content that resonates with young adults.
