If one looks out across a one-hundred-klick radius they would see dilapidated shacks made of intermetallic and recycled and plastic materials—a society held together by remnants of the past. But they would also see an acropolis and a library—these buildings are held together by much tougher material accessible to only one, The Industrialist.
